We’re glad that you’re considering joining us at Crossroads Friends Church! Our Community Groups reflect the heartbeat of who we are as a Church – so please read about that first.
Our Sunday morning worship services at Crossroads are all about the Gospel of Jesus Christ! We strive to make our corporate services helpful and encouraging to believers in Christ through times of worship, intercessory prayer, testimonies and special celebration of ministry in our communities. Of course, you can always count on regular biblical preaching which consistently commissions us to live as sent people within our communities. On Sunday mornings you can expect friendly, welcoming people. Crossroads Cribs (0-36 months) and Crossroads Kids (3 years – 4th grade) are available for your kids. (One Sunday per month, Crossroads Kids will meet with their families for worship.) Click Here for Directions for our Sunday morning worship gathering.
Please double-check the calendar to make sure services are being held on the Sunday you are considering coming as there are some Sundays we take off to do other things like worship together with our Community Groups, do service projects or sometimes even just rest! We encourage you to arrive around 15-30 minutes early for the 10:30am worship experience to get some coffee and snacks and have a chance to meet a few people.
By all means, don’t dress up for “church”, please just wear normal people clothes. The Church is the people of God, the Body of Christ – not any service. The “believers on mission together” is who Crossroads Friends Church is, not any Sunday morning service or any building. But just as much as we feel called to be scattered in our communities on mission, we love to come together to worship (Hebrews 10:25). Our hope is that our Sunday morning gathering are like an airport, where you come in order to be sent somewhere…on mission for Christ (Matthew 28:19). We look forward to meeting you this Sunday!
